This policy explains what information ZECHEN ATELIER collects when you visit our store, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and the items you bought. We need this to fulfil your order and to comply with tax and accounting rules.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers and we do not store them.
  • Account information — if you create an account, we store your email address, a hashed password and your order history.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring URL, collected through cookies and server logs.
  • Messages you send us — the content of emails and contact-form submissions.

Why we use it

  • To process, pack and ship your order, and to handle returns and exchanges.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping notices and answers to your questions.
  • To detect fraud and abuse, and to keep the site secure.
  • To understand which pages and products people actually look at, so we can improve the store.
  • To send marketing email — only if you asked for it. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your order notifications.

Cookies

We use cookies that keep your cart and session working (strictly necessary), and analytics cookies that tell us which pages are visited. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop the cart and checkout from working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the store, and only what each one needs:

  • Payment processors, to take payment and issue refunds.
  • Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, to deliver your order.
  • Email and analytics providers, to send order mail and measure site traffic.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. Anything we no longer need is deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Ask us to stop sending marketing email.
  • Ask us not to sell or share your information — which we do not do anyway.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to non-discrimination for exercising them. To make a request, email qiangxiong425@gmail.com from the address on your order. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and we respond within 30 days.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and payment data is handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access customer data and keep the software we run up to date.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
